Always. Every design we produce is fully responsive, built for desktop, tablet, and mobile from the start. We don't design for one screen and adapt it as an afterthought. Both experiences are designed with equal intention.
The 3 rounds cover the vast majority of projects. But if you need more, we'll work it out, additional rounds can be added at an agreed rate. We'd rather get it right than leave you with something you're not happy with.
Not necessarily. Having a logo and brand guidelines helps us move faster, but it's not a requirement. If your branding isn't ready yet, we can work with what you have or help point you in the right direction before we dive in.
Absolutely. We work on redesigns and refreshes regularly. Whether it's a full overhaul or a targeted improvement to specific pages or flows, we'll assess what you have and design something that moves it forward.
Yes. We deliver clean, well-organised Figma files with documented components, spacing, and interactions. Any competent developer - whether that's us or someone else will be able to work from them without issues.
